Processing:

Orders usually ship NEXT DAY! Sometimes our processing time can take up to 1-3 business days of placing your order. If you absolutely need an item sooner, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you! We want you to rock your Buttercup clothes as soon as possible!

 

Out of Stock:

If there is an item out of stock that you would really like, let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you!

 

Sizing:

Most orders run true to size, unless otherwise noted in the description, if you have any questions concerning sizes please do not hesitate to ask, we will be more than happy to assist you!

 

Returns/Exchanges:

Please contact us if you would like to complete an exchange/return. We gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. This excludes stained, worn, sale items, or damaged merchandise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Due to limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order, unless noted otherwise in announcement bar. We ship to all US states with USPS, either First Class or Priority depending on weight. We will always provide you with a tracking number. 

**We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. You will need to contact USPS online or by phone to file a claim.
